KU Online ID passwords expire on Thursday, Nov. 5. Go to myidentity.ku.edu/password to setup challenge questions and reset passwords.

The intermittent connectivity problems with the Jayhawk and ResNet Wireless networks have been resolved.

If you continue to experience connectivity problems with the wireless network, please contact the IT Customer Service Center at 864-8080.

There will be a brief (5 minute) interruption to all eCommerce services between 1:00 and 3:00 a.m. Monday, November 2nd during maintenance by the vendor. Any eCommerce service using QuikPay will receive a maintenance window as QuikPay is accessed.

PHP will be upgraded on the server that hosts research and course related web pages from 6 to 7pm on Friday November 6th. PHP scripts may fail to work briefly during the upgrade.

There will be an update to the KU Anywhere service today from 3:30 p.m. to 3:40 p.m. Some users may see a request to update their KU Anywhere client to a more recent version.

If you experience any problems with the KU Anywhere service following this update, please contact the IT Customer Service Center at 864-8080.

An IT project to expand network services will continue with trenching down the north side of Irving Road. Access to the Irving Hill parking lot (Lot 54) will be two way traffic through one entrance only.

There will be a brief interruption during maintenance to the Financials Service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25th.

PHP will be upgraded on the server for hosted departmental eCommerce applications from 1:00 to 3:00 a.m. Monday. Oct. 26th. PHP scripts may fail to work during the upgrade.

CS Print services will be unavailable from 7:00 to 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28th during an update. CS Print provides printing for a fee at some computing labs and public areas.

An upgrade will be performed to the KU Card service during the regularly scheduled maintenance window of 5:00 to 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22nd. KU Card services will be unavailable during this time.
