Friday, November 20th, 2009 at 5:40 pm eCommerce services will be unavailable from 1:00 to 3:00 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19th during the established maintenance window by the vendor. Any eCommerce service using QuikPay will receive a maintenance window as QuikPay is accessed.

Friday, November 20th, 2009 at 9:57 am The password change problem has been resolved.
If you changed your password between 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19th and 3:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20 and you are experiencing problems with your password, you will need to follow these instructions:
1) go to Forgot Your Password?
2) answer your challenge questions
3) enter a new password
If you continue to experience problems with your password, please contact the IT Customer Service Center at 864-8080.

Thursday, November 19th, 2009 at 6:54 pm Password changes on myidentity.ku.edu that took place after 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19th were not processed. IT support staff have been working with the vendor to restore the ability to change passwords. We are currently synchronizing the data on the identity servers and anticipate that this will be completed by 10:00 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20th. If you are experiencing problems with your password, please contact the IT Customer Support Center at 864-8080 for assistance.
